Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport early in the morning and depart for Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi–Mombasa Highway.
Enjoy scenic views of the Kenyan countryside as you travel south toward the Kenya-Tanzania border. Arrive at Amboseli in time for lunch and check-in at your lodge or camp.
After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive in search of Amboseli’s famous elephant herds and other wildlife. The park’s open plains make wildlife viewing easy, while Mount Kilimanjaro provides a stunning backdrop for photography.
Visit the swamps fed by underground streams from Mount Kilimanjaro, where elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and numerous bird species gather.
Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive, the best time to witness wildlife activity and enjoy clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Explore different sections of the park including Observation Hill, offering panoramic views of the plains, swamps, and wildlife below. Continue searching for predators, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and antelope species.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out.
Depart Amboseli and drive back to Nairobi with a stop for lunch en route (optional). Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel, residence, or airport.
