8 Days Samburu – Mt. Kenya – Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara Safari

The 8-day Safari through Samburu, Mt. Kenya, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara offers a diverse and thrilling exploration of Kenya’s stunning landscapes and wildlife.

Begin with game drives in Samburu National Reserve, known for its unique species like the Grevy’s zebra and Somali giraffe. Next, journey to Mt. Kenya, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and explore the scenic highlands.

Continue to Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingo-filled shores and rhino sanctuary. Conclude your adventure in the Masai Mara, home to the Big Five and the Great Migration.

Day 1: Arrive to Nairobi

Arrive Jomo Kenyatta Airport and transfer to the hotel of our choice or one booked upon agreement, dinner at Carnivore Restaurant is recommended.

Day 2: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve

Pick up from the hotel at around 0800hr – 0830hrs the after commence drive to Samburu National Reserve. Lunch enruoted, evening game drive dinner and overnight at lodge or campsite

Day 3: Full Day Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast depart the lodge or campsite with picnic lunches, game viewing till 1730hrs,back to the campsite or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Samburu National Reserve – Mount Kenya

After breakfast at the Lodge or campsite, depart for Mount KENYA ,dinner and overnight at a camp or lodge.

Day 5: Mount Kenya – Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast drive past Nyahururu Falls and into the Rift Valley. Lunch at Nakuru town, Afternoon game viewing drive in the Lake Nakuru National Park. Thereafter drive to naivasha for dinner and overnight at a budget Hotel/Lodge.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast visit cresent for a walk or bicycle ride,hell,s gate too for boat ride at around 1130hrs and 1200hrs commence drive west past Mount Longonot and via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, if time allows evening game drive, dinner and overnight at camp or lodge.

Day 7: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast full day game viewing in masai mara game reserve,tracing the different spices of animals in the park,drive upto the masai mara river where crocodile and hippopotamus can be seeing.back at the camp at around 1730hrs,optional activity is done where by a visit to masai village or a nature walk is done. dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.

Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi

Early morning pre-game drive upto 0900hrs,back to the camp/lodge for full breakfast then check out and embark on your return journey to Nairobi.Drop at the hotel or transfer to the airport.
